Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through sequencelearning.net and is operated by Sequence Learning, LLC d/b/a/ The Sequence Perspectives Podcast (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1270 Avenue of the Americas, 7th Floor – Suite 1125, New York, NY 10020.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Policy.


1. Digital Products – Online Courses

All online courses sold through sequencelearning.net are delivered as digital content and are made accessible to the purchaser immediately upon payment confirmation.

Refund Eligibility: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online courses are final. We do not offer refunds once access to a course has been granted, except in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge).
  • You were charged for a course you did not purchase.
  • The course content is materially inaccessible due to a technical error on our end that we are unable to resolve within 5 business days of your reported issue.

To request a refund under one of the above exceptions, you must submit a written request to support@sequencelearning.net within 14 days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks: We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account and access to all course content.


2. Physical Books

For physical books purchased through our website, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-returnable physical items include:

  • Books with visible signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Return Process: Email us at support@sequencelearning.net to initiate a return. Once approved, ship the item to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


3. Workshops and Live Events

Workshop and live event registrations are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may request a credit toward a future event in lieu of a refund. Transfers of registration to another participant may be permitted upon written request submitted to support@sequencelearning.net.


4. Speaking Engagements

Speaking engagement bookings are governed by a separate agreement between Sequence Learning, LLC d/b/a/The Sequence Perspectives Podcast and the client. Refund and cancellation terms are defined in that agreement. If no separate agreement exists, please contact us directly.


5. Gift Purchases

If a purchase was made as a gift and is eligible for a return under the terms above, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method. Store credit may be issued to the gift recipient upon request, at our discretion.


6. Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price follow the same refund eligibility terms as standard purchases. No additional exceptions apply solely on the basis of a sale price.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your approved refund within 10 business days, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment statement.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank directly.

If you have completed all of the above and your refund has still not been received, contact us at support@sequencelearning.net.


8. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
